U9 FLAG (formerly Novice) - Born in 2017, 2018 and 2019
U11 6/Side Tackle (formerly Atom) - Born 2015, 2016 and 2017
U13 9/Side Tackle (formerly PeeWee) - Born 2013 and 2014
U16 Tackle (formerly Bantam) - Born in 2010, 2011 and 2012- must not be in Grade 10 in the fall)
Players must reside in the Town of Stony Plain or in Parkland County. If there is no football association in the area you reside, you can register with the Stony Plain Football Association. If it is your first time playing, then you can register with any club.

All deposits and registrations fees MUST be received by the Stony Plain Bombers club prior to your player receiving equipment.

PRACTICE DAYS, TIME & LOCATION:
Practices occur at the Stony Plain Bombers outdoor field. Days and Times for U9 & U11 TBD. U13 & U16 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays @ 6:30pm - 8:30pm

LOCATION AND PARKING
The Stony Plain Bombers field is located at 5300-52 Street, Stony Plain, Alberta (Google Maps Coordinates 53.522905,-114.015434). There is no vehicle access to the field. Executive and Coaches have some access to park at the field to support moving of equipment, restocking supplies, maintenance of the shacks, and to support safety. If you have inquiries or worries around this access, please connect with the Director at Large with the Stony Plain Bombers or your Team Manager.

FUNDRAISING / BINGO COMMITMENTS:
U9 Flag (Novice)
1 Bingo shift for each registered athlete, no fundraising
Fall Tackle (U11 - U16)
2 Bingo shifts per registered athlete (Spruce Grove Bingo Hall)
$150 in fundraising credits per family
All mandatory bingos will be counted first. All subsequent bingos worked to a maximum of 3, will earn you $50.00 in fundraising credits.
If the Bingo commitment is not fulfilled and/or you do not attend or send a replacement for your agreed upon date and time, the fee in the amount of $200 will be added to your RAMP Account. Your account will be locked until the fee is paid. This is in lieu of taking a deposit.
Parents/Guardians can choose to payout their fundraising commitment.
Please note a fundraising credit is the ‘profit’ the club will receive, not the total dollar of sales.

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT:
Support with running sticks and running score clock during games. The volunteer coordinator and/or Team Manager will be in contact with parents/guardians to make arrangements.
A Team Manager, Trainer and Coaches will be needed to support each team. If you are interested in any of these supportive roles, please contact the Field Liasion at fieldliasion@stonyplainfootball.com.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration is paid in the form of credit card. Registration occurs through the online registration found here Stony Plain Minor Football Association Online Registration. Split payments are only available by using credit card.
REFUNDS:
In order to receive a refund, minus the $170.00 administration fee/cost of player insurance after a player withdraws; you must fill out the refund request form found on the website and hand it in to the registrar or team manager for processing, before June 30 of the current season or within 7 days from the first practice after June 30. After this and after September 15 NO refunds will be issued.

Medical form to be provided to the Team Trainer/Field Liasion at first practice. Players cannot begin practice until the medical forms are completed and returned to the club. The medical form is located here.
