Bingo / Fundraising Information 2025


Please note a fundraising credit is the ‘profit’ the club will receive, not the total dollar of sales

 

 Girls Tackle: 

 $100 fundraising commitment

 2 bingo shifts for each registered athlete

 

Flag Spring/Novice:

1 Bingo shift for each registered athlete, no fundraising 

 

Fall Tackle (U11/U13/U16):

2 Bingo shifts per registered athlete (Spruce Grove Bingo Hall)

$150 in fundraising credits per family

All mandatory bingos will be counted first. All subsequent bingos worked to a maximum of 3, will earn you $70.00 in fundraising credits.
 
If the Bingo commitment is not fulfilled and/or you do not attend or send a replacement for your agreed upon date and time, the fee in the amount of $200 will be added to your RAMP Account. Your account will be locked until the fee is paid. This is in lieu of taking a deposit.
 
Parents/Guardians can choose to payout their fundraising commitment.

BINGO SIGN UP LINK

Rafflebox 50/50
Every family will receive a link shortly to share with their family and friends. Our fall Rafflebox will include the option to support our Spring 2025 families as well. Half of the value of tickets purchased supporting your players will be allocated towards your fundraising commitment. 
 
Tickets are on sale until October 31, 2025 with the draw to take place on November 1, 2025.  
 
The Brickhouse Smokery
With this option we are supporting a great local business (formerly Wilhauk in Spruce Grove). Here is the fundraising sheet with products available including the credit amount per item that will be put towards your family commitment for the season. Please collect all your orders and email the completed form to fundraising@stonyplainfootball.com. Please collect all the funds from your supporters and complete one transfer to spfa.bombers@gmail.com. Please include your players name and Brickhouse in your e-transfer for tracking. *** Please note we can only accept e-transfer payments directly to the Bombers. Cash or cheques will not be accepted. 
 
Important Dates: Order forms and funds must be received by September 15th. Order pickups will be on September 25th during practice (6:30 to 8:30) at the field. 
 
Bottle Drive
This is an ongoing option were we have an account at Stony Plain Bottle Depot as an option. Families can collect bottles and return them to the Stony Plain Bottle Depot and let them know the money is going to Stony Plain Bombers. Please email fundraising@stonyplainfootball.com with a picture of your receipt to ensure your efforts are allocated to your player. You can also let your friends and family know and they can donate their bottles to your player as well!

Coaches/Trainers: 

$50.00 fundraising credits per family

No Bingo shifts

Executives/Managers:  

$50.00 fundraising credits per family

1 Bingo shift for each registered athlete
