2022 Fundraising Information - FLAG & TACKLE COMMITMENTS
be able to provide our players with the equipment and tools necessary for their beloved sport, each player will be required to fulfill some fundraising commitments for the team:
FLAG
Bingo’s: Each FAMILY (all kids inclusive) must work a minimum of one (1) Bingo shift at the Spruce Grove Bingo Hall. If this commitment is not fulfilled there will be a charge of $200/shift not worked.
Fundraising: In addition to Bingo’s each PLAYER will need to sell a minimum of $100 in online 50/50 tickets. Details will be emailed when the campaign is set up.
*If you do not wish to work a Bingo and/or fundraise there is an option to simply pay it out. The Flag Football Fundraising payout would be $100 for the Bingo and $50 for the 50/50 for a total of $150.
TACKLE
Bingo’s: Each FAMILY (all kids inclusive) must work a minimum of two (2) Bingo shifts at the Spruce Grove Bingo Hall. If this commitment is not fulfilled there will be a charge of $200/shift not worked.
Fundraising: In addition to Bingo’s each PLAYER will need to fundraise a total of $250 for the club. The opportunities:

| Calahoo Meats | Sales: June 1 - 15 Pick Up: June 30 | Great fundraiser for summer and just prior to Canada Day BBQ’s! Please note, pick up day and time is strict and mandatory as the product is frozen meat - exact details will be sent out. |
| Second Online 50/50 | August 8 - 22 | Easy online fundraiser as the games begin! |
| Little Caesar’s Pizza Kits | September 12 - 26 | Great fundraising to help with an easy meal for busy back to school season! |
*You do not have to participate in every fundraiser - you may choose the ones that are going to work best for you to reach your $250/player fundraising commitment.
*If you do not wish to work Bingo’s and/or fundraise there is an option to simply pay it out. The Tackle Football Fundraising payout would be $200 for the Bingo’s and $250 for the additional fundraising for a total of $450.
