Deposit cheques are collected to encourage our player’s families to fulfill the commitments they have signed up for.
Cheques will be returned as fundraising activities are completed*
Individual Plan (1 Registered Player)
Family Pan (2 or more Registered Players)
Flag Player Plan
*One cheque will be returned to you for each Fundraising commitment completed (on the date that the commitment is completed). Where commitments are not met as agreed, cheques will be cashed immediately.
*** Volunteer cheques are $100 per player (undated, not cashed unless commitments are not met) and a team level commitment. Each team will have different volunteer requirements depending on the numbers of games played and the size of each team. If we can’t provide adequate volunteers for home games our kids will be forced to forfeit.
